Als Customer Support Representative zorg je ervoor dat de klanten altijd vriendelijk geholpen worden. Jij bent het eerste contact (en dus de eerste indruk) dat klanten maken met het bedrijf, het is daarom erg belangrijk dat ze een uitstekende service krijgen aangeboden.

Voordat je begint krijg je krijgt een gedetailleerde training, kennis over verzekeringen is dus niet nodig! Het is wel belangrijk dat je vloeiend Engels en Nederlands spreekt en communicatief stevig in je schoenen staat! Wil jij gaan werken in de wereldstad Berlijn? Je kan vloeiend Engels en Nederlands, Duits is een pre
